Overview
DPS is an acid copper grain refiner. It can be combined with polyethers, wetting agents and other sulfur-containing brighteners to produce bright deposits with good ductility. It is particularly suitable for PCB copper plating and electrolytic copper foil.
Low concentrations may reduce brightness and cause burrs or burning in high-current-density areas. Excess concentrations can cause a whitish deposit and poor low-current-density performance.
