Overview
H1 is an effective leveling brightener for acid copper plating and can be combined with other intermediates to formulate high-performance additives. Dissolve H1 separately before preparing a brightener concentrate. It is also suitable for cyanide-free alkaline zinc plating.
Insufficient H1 reduces brightness and leveling. Excess H1 may cause dendritic bright streaks in acid copper plating or increased brittleness in alkaline zinc deposits.
